A FOUNDATION COURSE COVERING ALL ASPECTS OF ‘OUTBOUND’ CALLING
Phonesmith LEVEL ONE coaching is a 2 x Day program designed to give up to 6 x Candidates (7 max), a thorough grounding in every aspect of making successful ‘unsolicited’ calls.
The course is designed to noticeably enhance the skills and success rate of each candidate – irrespective of their level of experience.
During the program, each candidate will receive a minimum of 2 hours personal, ‘1-2-1’ coaching which will include a session making ‘live’ calls to real prospects!
Making successful, unsolicited calls, whether for ‘Appointment Generation’, ‘Directly Selling’ or just for ‘Gathering Information’, is not an inbred skill. Without the facility of ‘body language’, we immediately lose over half our communication skills!
The result is that most uncoached callers invent a ‘phone persona’ which bears no relationship to their true personality – AND WHEN THAT IS DELIVERED DOWN THE PHONE, THE GAME IS QUICKLY UP!
With all the defenses put in place today, nearly all uncoached callers get ‘picked’ and written off as someone trying to ‘sell’ – even before they reach their targeted prospect.
So it’s not simply a case of picking up the phone and off you go!
Making successful ‘unsolicited’ calls involves a detailed process –
- collating totally clean and accurate data
- identifying the point of contact with most influence to support your proposition
- uncovering relevant corporate & personal background information
- learning all the ‘Rules & Tools’ to help steer a course past the many ‘gatekeepers’ and through to the phone of the targeted contact
- identifying the key messages likely to have maximum impact over the phone
- understanding how to craft these so that they sound fresh each time and never ‘scripted’
- helping each candidate to unlock their own, natural personality so they can convey their messages over the phone as comfortably and succinctly as possible.

The course is designed to help regular exponents of Outbound Calling of all levels of experience.
During the course, each candidate will receive around 2 hours of 1-2-1 coaching. This will include a session involving ‘live’ calling to real prospects!
